Love All Parts
As an online Trauma Informed Parts Work Practitioner, I offer safe and compassionate support and guidance. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian psychology, neuroscience, spiritual development, sensory and embodiment practices. At the heart of my work is Internal Family Systems, a compassionate, non-pathologizing model that helps you connect with the different parts of yourself. We view these parts not as problems, rather as intelligent and loving parts just doing their best to keep you protected and safe in a world that often misunderstands you. Our parts really desire a genuine connection and want to feel completely understood.

Trauma-Informed Parts Work Healing (IFS)
IFS, Internal Family Systems, is a somatic, emotional and spiritual approach. This combined approach recognizes that trauma and emotional distress are stored in both the mind and the body, offering a more holistic and spiritual healing experience. IFS is excellent for understanding and healing trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, ADHD and nero-divergence, sexual trauma, eating disorders, religious trauma, life transitions, anger, grief, and stress management just to list a few.

Methods of Healing
What is IFS?
IFS or Internal Family Systems, is a model of psychotherapy that views the mind as made up of various "parts," such as the "protectors" (managers and firefighters) and "exiles" (vulnerable, wounded parts). The goal is to help individuals develop a core "Self" leadership to heal and bring balance to the system. This is achieved through a process of identifying and building trust with these parts from a place of compassion, curiosity, and calmness.

What to expect in IFS sessions
Identifying parts:
With the help of a therapist, you will learn to identify the different parts that are active in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Connecting with the Self:
Therapists will guide you in connecting with your core "Self" through techniques like relaxation and mindfulness to find an inner source of strength and leadership.
Building internal trust:
The therapist will help you communicate with and build trust with your parts, especially the protectors, from the Self.
Healing exiles:
Once the protectors trust the Self, you can work with the Self to approach and heal the exiled parts without triggering a backlash.

Key benefits of IFS work
IFS provides a safe way to process and heal from traumatic experiences by addressing the wounded "exiled parts" of the self.
Increased self-awareness and self-compassion:
By understanding the motivations behind different internal "parts," individuals can develop greater empathy for themselves and reduce self-criticism and shame.
Improved emotional regulation:
The therapy helps individuals manage and regulate their emotions by harmonizing the internal "parts" and accessing the "Self," leading to greater inner peace.
By resolving internal conflicts, IFS can lead to more harmonious relationships with others, as individuals become more attuned to their own emotions and how they impact their interactions.
Reduced symptoms of mental health conditions:
IFS can help manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other disorders by addressing their underlying internal sources. Some studies have shown it to be beneficial for those with conditions like PTSD and rheumatoid arthritis, notes NPR.
Personal growth and resilience:
Through the process, individuals can gain greater insight into their inner world, leading to personal growth, increased flexibility, and a stronger ability to cope with challenges.
IFS helps individuals identify and change unhealthy behaviors and negative thought patterns by understanding the "parts" that drive them.
Other Methods

Jungian Shadow Work
Jungian shadow work is the process of bringing the unconscious, repressed aspects of one's personality (the "shadow") into conscious awareness for the purpose of acceptance, healing, and achieving psychological wholeness. Dreams, archetypes, metaphors, and synchronizes are used to receive hidden wisdom by unlocking the unconscious mind.
Shamanic
Healing shamanic work is often very powerful to discover a greater connection to Self and it's relationship with the universe. Issues of trauma, deep grief, and other issues may have come to light. We can gain deeper clarity and focus on healing wounded parts and reconnecting to powerful aspects of the universe.
Spiritual Care
When life throws you a spiritual curve ball it is nice to lean on someone to guided them to the deeper, often hidden meaning of Self and its relationship to the world. From religious trauma to depersonalization to existential crisis and wounded healers, we all part of one journey.
